Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly spray a muffin pan with nonstick spray or line with paper baking cups. Stir muffin mix with 1/2 cup 2% milk until just moistened. Divide batter among muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until light golden brown. Muffins are done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 2 to 3 minutes in pan. Makes about 5 muffins. High-altitude directions (above 3,500 feet): Add 1 tablespoon flour to dry mix.
